Feature Set:  

The developer of Writer's Blocks implemented the word processor in this program very well, all of the features are easy to find and use and include spell check and word count.

The block format is creative, but not necessarily better than other forms of outlining.

Ease of Use:  

We would recommend going through the tutorials before attempting to use this program, otherwise it could get confusing.

Ease of Installation:  

Writer's Blocks is easy to install and we didn't encounter any problems during installation.

Help/Support:  

The help menu has easy-to-view chapters. You can print help pages and keep them for future reference.

There isn't a lot as far as tech support. They offer email, fax, voicemail and a FAQ page; however, it doesn't answer many questions.

Writer's Blocks 3 accomplishes what it was designed to do but it does nothing to distinguish itself from other creative writing software programs. The ability to organize information into blocks is the key to this program. If this is your cup of tea, then this program will work for you; however, if you want a more comprehensive creative writing program, choose a different software package.
